A person lacking in skills to regulate their emotions will overreact to environmental or interpersonal challenges or triggers. 


This dysregulation may come out as

  • anger outbursts
  • excessive crying
  • blaming or accusing
  • behaving passive-aggressively and 
  • creating chaos or drama
