Insurance and Payment Information

Our Texas-based counseling practice accepts many major health insurance plans for telehealth and in-person therapy services, including:

Aetna
Anthem Blue Cross
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Cigna
Magellan

We also accept many Employee Assistance Program plans (EAP).

If your provider isn’t listed, please contact us — we’re happy to help verify whether your Texas health insurance covers our telehealth counseling sessions.

Using Insurance for Online Counseling

Before your first telehealth appointment, please review your behavioral health benefits directly with your insurance company. Ask about your deductible, co-pay, and session limits so you understand your financial responsibilities.

If you decide to use your health benefits, we’ll file your insurance claims on your behalf for convenience.

Please keep in mind that when you use insurance for therapy, your information is shared with the insurance company, and complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Most insurers participate in the Medical Information Bureau (MIB).

For those who value greater privacy and flexibility, private pay options are also available for online therapy sessions in Texas.
